Executive Personal Assistant to the CEO
Leadnomics is a dynamic digital marketing agency looking for a capable and savvy individual to join its team as Executive Personal Assistant to the CEO! Leadnomics is redefining customer acquisition for the world’s top brands through data-driven advanced lead generation strategies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced environment and brings with them excellent organization, project management, and an ability to multitask. As an Executive Personal Assistant, you will be the right-hand person to the CEO, playing a crucial role in streamlining his calendar, his personal operations, and ensuring the efficiency of executive activities. You will handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, including project management to managing a small team of virtual assistants to better allow the founder to focus on strategic initiatives and business growth.
Skills & Experience:
- 5 years + of relevant experience as a personal assistant. Project management experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Efficient in completing tasks with a sense of urgency and high productivity.
- Savvy ability to understand and anticipate needs and actions without explicit instructions. Ability to reprioritize on the fly as needed.
- Organized. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while meeting tight deadlines.
- Knack for leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and find resourceful online solutions to problems

- Proactive approach to problem-solving with an ability to learn quickly
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage the founder’s calendar, schedule meetings and be flexible to adjust as priorities change.
- Travel: Handle all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itinerary planning
- 24/7 Support: You are responsive to emails/texts/calls. You are reasonably available outside of work hours for urgent matters.
- Communication Management: Handle and prioritize email communications.
- Foster a culture of overcommunication and commitment to moving things forward
- Project Management: Assist with the planning and management of projects, including research, analysis, and reporting on various business initiatives in Asana, Mondays or similar project management tool.
- Personal Assistant Support: Coordinate appointments, organizing travel plans and managing small team of virtual assistants to ensure smooth daily operations for CEO
- Property management: Oversee the management of the executive's household, including supervising staff, managing household expenses, and coordinating maintenance and repairs.
- Special Operations: Execution of special projects, such as helping organize investor dinners!
- Streamline Operations: Utilize a range of digital tools and platforms (including Chat GPT) to facilitate research, and enhance decision-making processes, and expenses.
- Perception: Ability to handle complex assignments and private matters with grace
